This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") applies to purchases of Personal Constellation products from TeezyPeasy LLC.
By placing an order and accepting this Agreement at checkout, you agree to the following terms.
Personal Constellation creates customized physical keepsakes using information provided for a particular individual.
Depending on the product, a Personal Constellation may contain coordinated pieces incorporating a central piece featuring the person's name, date, and geographic coordinates; zodiac sign; birth flower; birthstone; Chinese zodiac year; elemental association; and numerology or life-path number.
The product is manufactured specifically for the information supplied with your order.
Because it is personalized, a correctly produced item generally cannot be restocked and sold by us as ordinary inventory.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing information that you enter, including the spelling of the name, birth date, birthplace, and other customer-entered personalization details.
If incorrect customer-provided information results in an incorrect product, that ordinarily does not constitute a manufacturing or calculation error by Personal Constellation.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
We will try to correct information before production begins, but we cannot guarantee that a change can be made once production has started.
Certain product elements are calculated, selected, or assigned by Personal Constellation from the information you provide.
These may include zodiac sign, Chinese zodiac year, birth flower, birthstone, element, life-path number, coordinates, and related symbolic descriptions.
If the information you supplied was correct but Personal Constellation incorrectly calculated or assigned a symbol under the methodology used for your order, we treat that as our mistake.
Customer approval of a preview does not transfer responsibility to you for calculation or assignment errors made by Personal Constellation from otherwise correct customer information.
Astrology, numerology, birthstone systems, birth flowers, Chinese zodiac traditions, elemental associations, and similar symbolic systems may vary by source, culture, convention, or historical tradition.
Personal Constellation uses a standardized methodology selected for its products.
A different result shown by another website, book, tradition, practitioner, or source does not by itself establish that our product was produced incorrectly.
Chinese zodiac classifications depend on the applicable lunar calendar cycle rather than automatically changing on January 1.
Our methodology accounts for the relevant Chinese New Year boundary when assigning the Chinese zodiac year.
Some zodiac boundary or "cusp" classifications may depend on astronomical conventions, year, location, or birth time.
Personal Constellation does not collect birth time for this product.
Where precise birth time would be needed to resolve a boundary differently, Personal Constellation applies its standardized date-based methodology.
When birthplace information is provided, Personal Constellation may determine geographic coordinates corresponding to the identified location.
Coordinates may represent a standard reference point for a city, municipality, or locality.
They are not intended to identify an exact hospital, home, street address, or precise physical birth location.
Small differences between geographic data sources are normal and are not, by themselves, product defects.
Before placing your order, please carefully review the personalization information you supplied.
If a preview is shown, your approval confirms the customer-entered information displayed, including spelling, date, birthplace, and customization choices you selected.
You are not responsible for detecting calculation or assignment errors made by Personal Constellation from otherwise correct customer-provided information.
Personal Constellation combines creative design with traditional symbolic systems.
The resulting product is intended as a personalized keepsake and object for personal reflection, gifting, and decorative enjoyment.
Symbolic descriptions do not constitute objectively verified facts about an individual.
Personality words, characteristics, keywords, and descriptions are symbolic interpretations and are not psychological assessments or guarantees regarding personality or behavior.
Personal Constellation does not provide fortune telling, divination, predictions, spiritual guidance, or guarantees concerning destiny, future events, luck, protection, success, relationships, health, finances, or other outcomes.
Nothing appearing on a Personal Constellation should be interpreted as a promise that a symbol, stone, flower, zodiac sign, number, or element will produce luck, healing, protection, success, or any particular result.
Personal Constellation is not a medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal, relationship, spiritual, or other professional advisory service.
The product should not be used as a substitute for professional advice or as the basis for significant personal decisions.
Digital previews, website images, photographs, and computer screens may not reproduce the physical product exactly.
Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, printing, materials, trimming, production tolerances, positioning, lighting, and normal manufacturing variation.
Minor variations that do not materially impair the product or materially depart from the approved design are not considered defects.
Because each Personal Constellation is personalized, changes or cancellations are generally available only before production begins.
Production may begin soon after an order is placed.
If you need a change or cancellation, contact [email protected] immediately.
We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after production has started.
Please contact us within 30 days after delivery if your Personal Constellation arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, materially differs from the personalization information you correctly submitted, or contains a calculation or assignment error made by Personal Constellation under the methodology used for your order.
We may request your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs reasonably showing the problem.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a remake, replacement, refund, repair, or other appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Correctly produced personalized products are generally not eligible for return or refund because of change of mind, no longer wanting the item, personal preference, disagreement with a symbolic interpretation used under our stated methodology, or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
This restriction does not affect rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Personal Constellation artwork, illustrations, branding, layouts, written content, graphics, product designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to TeezyPeasy LLC.
Your purchase gives you ownership of the physical product you purchased.
It does not transfer copyright, trademark, commercial reproduction, or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying designs.
Information submitted in connection with your order is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Purchasing a Personal Constellation does not automatically enroll you in promotional marketing.
We only send marketing emails if you opt in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
This Agreement works together with our Terms and Conditions.
If this Agreement and the Terms conflict regarding your purchase, this Agreement controls for that order.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
By accepting this Agreement and placing your order, you acknowledge that you reviewed the personalization information you entered; the product is personalized; correctly made personalized products generally cannot be returned solely because of a change of mind; symbolic and personality descriptions are interpretive rather than factual assessments; Personal Constellation does not provide predictions or professional advice; and you agree to this Customer Agreement.
