These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of personalconstellation.com and related services operated by TeezyPeasy LLC under the Personal Constellation brand.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

Purchases are also governed by the Personal Constellation Customer Agreement and the policies applicable to your order.

1. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to place an order.

Our purchasing services are intended for adults.

2. Personal Constellation Products

Personal Constellation creates customized physical products using personalization information supplied by customers.

Products may incorporate creative and symbolic references associated with birth dates, birthplaces, numerology, astrology, traditional birthstones, birth flowers, Chinese zodiac traditions, elemental associations, and similar systems.

These systems are used to create a personalized keepsake. They are not scientific or professional assessments.

3. Orders

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, technical errors, pricing errors, product or material unavailability, inability to fulfill an order, website misuse, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel a paid order that we do not fulfill, we will refund the applicable amount.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown on the website in the currency identified at checkout.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes may be added at checkout.

Payments are processed using third-party payment services.

You authorize the applicable charges when you submit an order.

5. Personalized Products

Personal Constellation products are created specifically for the information submitted with an order.

Because correctly produced personalized products generally cannot be restocked and sold as ordinary inventory, they are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has begun.

Your rights regarding damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or otherwise nonconforming products are described in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

6. Symbolic and Interpretive Content

Personal Constellation uses symbolic traditions and creative interpretations to construct its products.

These may include astrology, numerology, Chinese zodiac traditions, birthstones, birth flowers, elemental associations, and similar systems.

Different traditions and sources may use different classifications, meanings, date boundaries, or interpretations.

Personal Constellation uses a standardized methodology selected for its products.

7. No Fortune Telling or Prediction

Personal Constellation does not provide fortune telling, divination, predictions, spiritual guidance, or guarantees concerning future events, destiny, luck, protection, success, health, relationships, financial outcomes, or other life outcomes.

No symbol, stone, flower, zodiac sign, number, element, word, or description used in a Personal Constellation should be understood as promising or producing luck, protection, success, healing, or any other result.

8. Personality Descriptions

Personality words, characteristics, keywords, and descriptions appearing in a Personal Constellation are symbolic interpretations.

They are not factual findings, psychological assessments, diagnoses, or guarantees about an individual's personality or behavior.

9. No Professional Advice

Personal Constellation does not provide medical advice, mental-health advice, psychological assessment, financial advice, legal advice, relationship counseling, spiritual counseling, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or professional decision-making advice.

Personal Constellation products should not be relied upon to make significant medical, legal, financial, employment, relationship, psychological, or other life decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

The Personal Constellation website and its original content, including branding, artwork, illustrations, layouts, product designs, graphics, text, and other creative materials, are owned by or licensed to TeezyPeasy LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical product transfers ownership of that physical item to the purchaser. It does not transfer copyrights, trademarks, commercial reproduction rights, or other intellectual-property rights in Personal Constellation designs or content.

You may not reproduce, manufacture, sell, commercially distribute, or create commercial derivative products using our protected designs without authorization.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use our website to violate applicable law; commit fraud; interfere with website operation; attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; circumvent security features; or unlawfully copy or exploit our intellectual property.

12. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for functions such as payments, hosting, shipping, analytics, or communications.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Production and shipping times displayed on the website are based on the information reasonably available to us when they are stated.

We provide shipping representations only when we have a reasonable basis for them.

If we cannot ship within the time represented when you order, or within another period required by applicable law, we will provide any notice, cancellation opportunity, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.

Carrier delays occurring after shipment may be outside our reasonable control.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that symbolic or interpretive product content will accurately describe an individual or correspond with another source's interpretation.

Nothing in this section limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be disclaimed.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TeezyPeasy LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from reliance on symbolic or interpretive content provided as part of a Personal Constellation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Relationship to the Customer Agreement

The Personal Constellation Customer Agreement applies specifically to purchases.

If these Terms and the Customer Agreement conflict regarding a particular order, the Customer Agreement controls for that order.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The current version will display its effective date.

Each order is governed by the version of the applicable purchase terms and policies in effect when that order is placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively alter a completed order except where legally permitted or agreed to.
